Amazing place. Had lunch. Everything was cooked to perfection. We found out that in Brazil it is often a challenge to get decently cooked mushrooms or sauces. The mushroom risotto here was just beautifull. I expect the other diahea are equally good. Will return to explore more.
Amazing seafood restaurant. From the oysters to seafood platter, everything was great. Great service, with attentive staff.

Food was good, but not amazing. There are other Michelin awarded restaurant that are better with a better value for money. I had the issue that the tuna tartare was still half frozen with ice crystals inside. When I complained they removed the dish for me.
We recently dined at ESCAMA, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. The oysters were incredibly fresh and some of the best we’ve ever had. We absolutely loved the Goza Camarão and Usuzukuri—both dishes were perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The Strudel de Pirarucu was a standout: unique, innovative, and absolutely delicious. My wife and I genuinely believe that ESCAMA is deserving of a Michelin star. It’s a gem that combines exceptional cuisine with outstanding service. We can’t wait to return!
