Tucked away inside a spa and a building with absolutely no signage, this place is still a gem! I ate here for lunch today. Great price for a good veg buffet with seemingly unlimited portions. You pay a fixed price rather than by weight. I was really impressed with the options available. No English signage but I was able to figure it out as I know Spanish. 🇪🇸 quiet, serene environment. Paid by card. Less than a tenner for a good plate of food!
Located on level P (below street level) of the Ipanema Beach Star. A lovely vegan, all you can eat buffet for a fixed price. Lots of tasty and healthy food to choose from, just what you need when travelling. The staff are friendly and very helpful, despite my limited Portuguese. Lovely chilled vibe and nice to see so many people inside.
It's located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. There is no signage outside so please ask the apartment desk. Food was delicious and pay for the plate and get as much as you want. Standout was the quiche and the ginger shot.
Hey Vegan Friends! You’re Going to Love This Spot! If you’re vegan, this place is a dream! Everything is 100% fresh and fully plant-based. It’s a bit hidden—inside the Beach Space at 729—but once you find it, you’ll be glad you did. It’s the perfect spot for us vegan folks to enjoy a hearty, all-you-can-eat buffet for just R$60! There’s a great variety: fresh salads and plenty of warm dishes to choose from. The vibe is casual and relaxing, right in the heart of Ipanema. No reservation needed! Come walking or by uber, not very easy to find parking spots. Highly highly recommended!
Unlike many restaurants in Brazil, this is a proper (vegan) buffet eat-all-you-can and for less than 50Rs (June'23). Not a wide variety on the day (I guess they change the menu), but a pleasure to eat, and it's more than enough. The service was top. I was also offered a liquid shot of different spices for better digestion. Tasted delicious. My personal favourite in town.
